"Great service. Easy to get an installation appointment. The installation was quick, even with a small glitch in the plan. After sending in the measurements of the existing track, the installers showed up with a new version of our 20-year-old controller. However, the main beam of the house created a clearance issue for the new controller. The installers knew of a different controller that could be mounted sideways next to the beam. The work was done in about two hours, even with the glitch. We will definitely use Alliance in the future for any garage door or opener service needs."
