Alliance Garage Doors & Openers is seeking a motivated Garage Door Technician to support our residential and commercial customers. This role focuses on installing, repairing, and servicing garage doors, openers, springs, tracks, and related hardware. Technicians also perform diagnostics, maintenance, and safety checks to ensure every job meets our quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely with tools and equipment. Experience with garage doors is helpful but not required; we provide paid training for driven individuals ready to learn. Technicians must be able to lift 50+ lbs., work in various weather conditions, and communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process.

This position requires a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass standard background and drug screenings per company policy.

Key responsibilities include:
• Installing garage doors, openers, and related components
• Repairing springs, cables, tracks, rollers, and hardware
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues
• Following work orders and manufacturer instructions
• Managing time effectively to meet daily performance goals
