Model 5300 -- Steel Prefinished Carriage House, Insulated

Construction

• Accent battens are laminated to the steel sections with high performance adhesives.
• Squared top with no windows is standard. Many other designs available.
• Optional glass is available in clear glass, glue chip pattern and seeded glass.
• 7/16" thick poly prefinished accent battens bonded to sections utilizing high performance adhesives and vacuum pressure.
• White painted 20-gauge end stiles are standard.
• Concealed steel plates run continuously from top to bottom of each section for fastening hardware.
• Bottom weather seal utilizes an aluminum retainer and extruded virgin vinyl.

Insulation

• Insulating R-value of 6.29

Colors

• The base sections and accent battens are prefinished in White, Almond or Sandstone before passing through an accelerated curing oven.
